Finalists in the AJE Cuenca Awards

We were finalists in the eighth edition of the AJE Cuenca Awards.

The event was organized by AJE Cuenca and CEOE CEPYME CUENCA with sponsorship from the Provincial Council and Liberbank, and in collaboration with ESIN. The gala was held on September 13th at the Parador de Turismo de Cuenca, an unbeatable setting. We were nominated along with seven other companies led by young entrepreneurs from the province of Cuenca.

The AJE award went to Paula Orozco Garvi of La Mezquita, and the Business Development award went to Alegría Montalvo of Alegría and Javier Danza y Pilates. The innovation award went jointly to Juan Parrilla of Agromap Ingenieros and Jaime García Recuenco of Vsion Estudio, while Gregorio Ramírez of the Hermanos Ramírez chicken business received the internationalization award. The new creation award went to Soledad Palacios of Panango. And finalists: Isis Torres for Espacio Liberum and Hugo Pellejero Herraiz for Enrique Pellejero Moda.

The jury consisted of Rodrigo Fernández, a member of the Board of Directors of AJE Cuenca, and Inmaculada López, a member of the Executive Committee of CEOE CEPYME Cuenca. The jury also included Paloma García, President of the Provincial Council's Development Board; Ana Ponce, Regional Director of Liberbank in Cuenca; Pedro Luis Contreras, Head of the Business Section of the Provincial Business Center; José Andrés Vera, Head of the Business Incentive Service of the Regional Government in Cuenca; Mariano Aragón, Head of the Economic Promotion Service of the Cuenca City Council; Ricardo Cañas, Professor of Business Organization at the University of Castilla-La Mancha; Ángel Mayordomo, Secretary General of CEOE CEPYME Cuenca; and Diego López, Secretary of AJE Cuenca; as well as África Aparicio, the recipient of the Lanzadera award.

Although we were not awarded, we are very happy to be finalists and to be recognized for the work we are doing. It will be a boost to keep working and growing, and of course, believing in our new project and brand, Enrique Pellejero.
