Shipping costs:
- Mainland Spain: if your purchase is equal to or greater than €49 free shipping if it is less the cost is €4.50
- Balearic Islands: if your purchase is less than €48.99 postage: €9.90. If your purchase is between €49 and €124.99, postage: €4.90. If your purchase is over €125, shipping is free
- Canary Islands: if your purchase is less than €48.99 postage: €14.90. If your purchase is between €49 and €124.99, postage: €4.90. If your purchase is over €125, shipping is free. Remember to indicate your DNI for shipments to the Canary Islands.
- Ceuta and Melilla: if your purchase is less than €48.99 postage: €25. If your purchase is between €49 and €124.99, postage: €20. If your purchase is more than €125 postage: €15.
- Portugal: purchase less than €48.99 shipping: €9.90. If your purchase is between €49 and €124.99, postage: €4.90. If your purchase is over €125 free shipping.
- European Union: if your purchase is equal to or greater than €125 free shipping if it is less the cost is €15
- If you pick it up in a physical store for free.
In the purchase process you will get the corresponding shipping costs.
Returns expenses:
- Mainland Spain: free returns if your purchase was equal to or greater than €49, if your purchase was less, the cost is €4.50 (or you can return it with the transport agency of your choice)
- Balearic Islands: free return if your purchase was over €125. If it was less, the freight is paid by the client and can be returned by the transport agency that you want under your responsibility.
- Canary Islands: free return if your purchase was over €125. If it was less, the freight is paid by the client and can be returned by the transport agency that you want under your responsibility.
- Ceuta and Melilla: returns are paid by the customer and can be returned by the transport agency of your choice under your responsibility.

How do I report a return?

Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the last of those goods.
