Shipping costs:


- Mainland Spain: if your purchase is equal to or greater than €49 free shipping if it is less the cost is €4.50


- Balearic Islands: if your purchase is less than €48.99 postage: €9.90. If your purchase is between €49 and €124.99, postage: €4.90. If your purchase is over €125, shipping is free


- Canary Islands: if your purchase is less than €48.99 postage: €14.90. If your purchase is between €49 and €124.99, postage: €4.90. If your purchase is over €125, shipping is free. Remember to indicate your DNI for shipments to the Canary Islands.


- Ceuta and Melilla: if your purchase is less than €48.99 postage: €25. If your purchase is between €49 and €124.99, postage: €20. If your purchase is more than €125 postage: €15.


- Portugal: purchase less than €48.99 shipping: €9.90. If your purchase is between €49 and €124.99, postage: €4.90. If your purchase is over €125 free shipping.


- European Union: if your purchase is equal to or greater than €125 free shipping if it is less the cost is €15


- If you pick it up in a physical store for free.


In the purchase process you will get the corresponding shipping costs.


Returns expenses:


- Mainland Spain: free returns if your purchase was equal to or greater than €49, if your purchase was less, the cost is €4.50 (or you can return it with the transport agency of your choice)


- Balearic Islands: free return if your purchase was over €125. If it was less, the freight is paid by the client and can be returned by the transport agency that you want under your responsibility.


- Canary Islands: free return if your purchase was over €125. If it was less, the freight is paid by the client and can be returned by the transport agency that you want under your responsibility.


- Ceuta and Melilla: returns are paid by the customer and can be returned by the transport agency of your choice under your responsibility.


- Portugal: free return if your purchase was over €125. If it was less, the freight is paid by the client and can be returned by the transport agency that you want under your responsibility.


- European Union: free return if your purchase was over €125. If it was less, the freight is paid by the client and can be returned by the transport agency that you want under your responsibility.


- Free physical store returns.

Conditions for returns:

- To make a return you can notify us by email: info@enriquepellejeromoda.com or by phone: 969300735 during business hours from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. Also from within your account you can request the return of merchandise (RMA)

- You have 14 days to make a return since you receive the package. Items must be in perfect condition and with their original tags on, returns of used or damaged items are not accepted. The articles are reviewed individually before sending them. Items must be returned in their original package or similar. The return of the purchase will be made when the package is received and it has been verified that the item is in perfect condition. The return is in the same way you paid and upon receipt of the return.


We do not accept changes:

If you have not been right with the size, color... and you want to exchange it for another item, you will have to make the return and the purchase separately.
